Wholesale Beef

We offer wholesale beef in quarters, halves and whole quantities. Majority of our wholesale beef is offered from September through March, but we can often times accommodate an order for a quarter or half throughout the rest of the year.
We charge $3.75/lb by the hanging weight. Customer pays processing separately. We estimate processing to be about $0.85/lb, give or take. On average a quarter cow will weight 200lbs. A half would be 400lbs and a whole 800lbs.
Our wholesale beef quarters are mixed cuts from both the front and back of the cow. One can expect approximately 35 steaks (cut 3/4" thick), 8 roasts (3-4lbs) and 75lbs +/- ground beef from their wholesale quarter. Options for stew cubes and patties are also available through the butcher. Customer works directly with the butcher to determine their cutting instructions for their wholesale beef.
