Wholesale Pork

We offer wholesale pork in half and whole quantities. Wholesale pork is usually available in Dec/Jan, Mar/Apr, Jun/Jul and Sep/Oct. We charge $3.75/lb by the hanging weight. Customer pays processing to butcher separately. We estimate the processing to be about $1.25/lb, give or take. We will work with you to determine the best cutting instructions for your wholesale pork so you get exactly what you want.
