New inventory of hatching eggs will be uploaded to our website weekly. Please note that our chickens are raised on pasture 100% of the year and with that, they do molt and slow down egg production in the colder months and the shorter days of the year.

Please be sure to select a fulfillment date from our availability calendar during your check out - we will contact you that day to schedule your pick up for the rest of that week.

Hatching eggs will only become available again AFTER our Fall chick season has wrapped up and only IF egg production allows. Pre-orders for Spring 2026 fulfillment will begin on January 1st, 2026.
