Pasture raised HERITAGE chicken wings (whole wing!). Our chickens are Heritage breeds raised naturally on pasture. This can make their meat seem tough since they're using their muscles while foraging for bugs and being free chickens. Cooking the meat on a low temperature for a longer period of time is best. A crock pot recipe is ideal. Allowing the meat to thaw for 3-5 days in the refrigerator will allow it to tenderize appropriately before cooking. 10-12 whole wings per pack.
