Our beef jerky is considered a "regular" flavor. It's made from dried, thinly cut and seasoned slices of the rump roasts from our Red Angus beef. Jerky is sold in 1/4lb packs for $8.00 each.
The seasonings are from our USDA processor's own blend.
Sugar, dextrose, salt, mustard, spices, garlic powder, extractive of paprika, vinegar and soy sauce (water, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup, caramel color, potassium sorbate).
