Our beef jerky is made with our most lean and flavorful top and bottom round Red Angus roasts seasoned, cured and smoke-dried. Throughout the year we will vary the flavors of jerky we offer between original, bbq and Appalachian. Jerky is sold in roughly 1/4lb packs for $8.00 each.
The seasonings are from our USDA processor's own blend.
ORIGINAL FLAVOR: Our Original flavor is similar to that of any other jerky, but it has a savory heat element that will leave you craving more. This jerky is shelf stable, but should be kept refrigerated once opened. Ingredients include: beef, black nugget, worcestshire, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, red pepper flakes, spices, vinegar, soy and salt.
BBQ FLAVOR: The Bar-B-Que flavor lends itself to a sweeter, savory taste. This jerky is shelf stable, but should be kept refrigerated once opened. Ingregredients include:
APPALACHIAN FLAVOR: The Appalachian flavor has a deep meaty and slightly peppery taste. This jerky is shelf stable, but should be kept refrigerated once opened. Ingredients include: beef, sugar, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, (hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup solid. safflower oil, Carmel color), worceshire sauce powder (salt, garlic, spices, naturally fermented wheat and soybean, maltodextrin (from corn), palm oil, tamarind, natural flavor and sulfiting agent), garlic powder, onion powder, sunflower oil added may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
